That's kinda cool. I like seeing stuff from famous (or, you know, known) musicians being for sale.

I don't like seeing it for sale at a ridiculous price because the seller thinks that, because it was own by a famous (or, you know, known) musician, that makes it worth more.

It's like vintage stuff. Not saying that a '59 P Bass isn't worth however much money it goes for these days. However, having an Ibanez from the late 70s that's a little beat up, saying that it's vintage and expecting a big price for it is kind of ridiculous.

I don't think I'd believe the story, from what I've heard they keep three spare DL4s in their backup gear, on top of the 8 that are on stage, so maybe, but there really is no way to prove one way or the other. At least he isn't asking a ridiculous price.
