I got my first delay pedal today and I managed to get some strange sounds out of it and I was wondering how harmful this will be to my amp.
Also what delays do you use for self oscilation??

I really have to watch my levels b/c I can't afford to blow speakers/attenuators/tweeters/etc. I tend to keep my repeats at about 2:00PM and my delay time on the slower side to keep the oscillation tamed. If I turn the delay time up to simulate a verby sound, I have to roll back the repeats for sure. |

Plus it's harder to twiddle knobs with hairy palms. Quote:

A father walks in on his son "doing the deed" and yells "Son, STOP OR YOU'LL GO BLIND!!"
The son says "Dad I'm over here!!!"
I couldn't resist.

Indeed, that same thought crossed my mind as well.. something a bit pedestrian perhaps.. such as "Girls Gone..Wi....errrr... "Basses Gone Wild" kinda thing late-night-waste-of-time thingie on "Spike" and other channels.. |
