These look like a Switchcraft type plug. Maybe one of the big pro audio suppliers like Sweetwater or Full Compass.

I think lava cable plugs are available as straight

I think those are Switchcraft 380 plugs in your pic, I've been looking for another 20 pack
with no luck so far.
Redco has them in singles though.
