Not trying to knock your gear, but if you can't get a sound that you like with what you have, you might need to think about upgrading to different effects.

What are you trying to achieve with the effects that you have?
What problems are you running into?
How exactly are you trying to use your effects?

Ditch the Behringer crap, get a VT pedal and be done with it.

Floyd pretty much nailed it. Sell the Behringer stuff and buy one or two good quality effects, or upgrade one piece at a time. Besides that, most bassist like our chains like this:

Tuner-octave/synth-dirt-wah/envelope filter/modulation-delay with EQ either before or after dirt depending on what you want.

Buy a VT pedal. No need for an EQ or an OD. Rethink how bad you want the wah and the synth. If you don't utilize them they will do nothing but suck your tone the whole time their in your chain.

I did give you a signal chain to try. Once again:

Bass-Tuner-octave/synth-dirt-wah/envelope filter/modulation-delay-amp.

Tone-snobbery like this helps no one. Not a helpful post at all.

Obviously he wants a synth for something, or he wouldn't have bought it. Ditto for the wah. I can see you recommending the VT for overdrive and MAYBE the EQ, but its not gonna replace the other stuff.

The Behringer Synth is actually a pretty good synth, depending on how you use it. Its a good straight-ahead oscillator, and its also one of the few places you can get PWM in a pedal.

To the OP, I would personally go bass -> synth -> bass stack -> EQ -> Wah -> MOD effects

If there is a specific synth sound you're trying to get (either a description or an example song), please reply with it and I'll try to suggest the settings for it.

I agree with BigChiefBC about the arrangement of your chain.
Once a good order is established the other half of the battle would be knob tweeking...which is fun!
good luck

Just quoting this in case he misses it a second time.

For what it's worth I'm running my signal chain like this:
Bass - Tuner - Envelope Filter - Compressor - Reverb - DI - Amp
