Someone to do pedal mods

I bought a BOSS TU-2 tuner which is kind of a tone sucker. I found a bypass circuit by Click-Less which is meant to help but need someone to install it.
Any recommendations? I live near Seattle so local would be my preference.

How do you mean by kind of a tone sucker? Can you really hear any difference between when the pedal is in your signal and a not in it and if so are you sure it's not a dodgy lead rather than the pedal?

I'm curious about this -- the TU-2 (like most Boss pedals) uses a buffered bypass, right? Should be no tone suck (i.e. loss of highs) happening there.

also Mario at Robot Factory is highly recommended. i know he was moving shop for a bit, but he gets back to emails fairly quickly even when he's busy.

It tone sucks in the sense that it loses a little input and a little low end signal.
My guitarist also has one and had made the comment (he runs it off a volume pedal output) and numerous people online also have said it.
It isn't terrible, I used to have a DOD pedal which was a complete tone killer, but if I can fix it why not.
