Something like the ModFactor, but cheaper?

Just looking at some options here, but Im basically looking for a mulit-modulation unit with exp control or even just a switch for 2 speeds.

The TC Nova Mod doesn't have an exp jack, tho it does have tap tempo.

Not quite the same thing, but you could take a look at this:

Thats a trem only AFAICT. Im looking for something that would do chorus, phaser, flanger, and tremelo at the very least.

I'd rather have exp control over the speed, or at the very least a switch to go between 2. Not sure a TT switch would work for me, tho I am tempted to get one just to find out

If you're going to use the tremolo I would highly recommend getting something with TT. Out of sync square wave tremolo is really really annoying.

I almost bought one but opted to go with a Duncan Shape Shifter and Source Audio Tri-Mod Phaser. I'm glad that I did because I'm doing a lot of phaser and tremolo tweaks in between songs and it's always reassuring to see that your physical knobs are in the right place for each number.

Huh, I never really thought of that. Im assuming that the occilations would start and sync with the 1st step on the TT switch. (ie. the TT switch would not just affect the speed, but also the "phase" [can't think of correct word] of the occilator)

I meant since Danny specifically said he wasn't interested in the Nova, I thought you were showing a wry sense of humor when someone immediately mentioned it anyways. I won't mistake you for having one again

well if you'd be satisfied with a switch for different speeds, there are 2 options on the nova mod:

one: use multiple presets (and keep in mind there are 2 channels) that are the same except for the speed

two: master the art of tap tempo

And in-sync square wave trem in simply freakin awesome!! Synth into square wave trem is super cool.
