yea, I'm noticing some similar stuff here.

Just think of mine as boards, vertically stacked.

The pedal is just poorly made. It's been sent in for repair repeatedly.

The last straw was that for the last repair I asked that the pedal be shipped back so I could use it for a very important show. I explained that the pedal has become very important to my sound for this one particular band. I made it clear that I would pay for the expedited return shipping. I was notified that the repair was done and there was enough time to get it to me in time, but my request and offer were ignored.

So, repeatedly failing pedal + the company not willing to even let me pay to get it shipped so I can have it when I actually need it = all done.

I'm am not suggesting that my experience is anything but unique to me, but I believe my expectations were reasonable and they haven't been met. I can't in good conscience be listed here as endorsing the company and it's products.

I am kind of shocked by this. As a small company trying to survive in a very competitive market we have no choice but to treat each customer with intense care. It is company policy. The only times we fall down is when either vacation hits at the wrong time or human error (shipping via ground when overnight is requested). I will investigate this case to see what went wrong.

I welcome direct contact whenever ANYTHING is not perfect.

really is nice to see heads of companies step up and back their products. Soon to own an envelope filter from SA and looking forward to it!

We have gotten to the bottom of this. We repaired the pedal in one day, but Will selected the wrong service when he shipped it back. It was human error on his part. He was very apologetic. He knows exactly how important gigs are for bass players!

Thanks, and I'd have the Dimension Reverb and the new Modulator (when it's available) instead of the M5, but no midi adapter yet and not enough presets on the Modulator for me. I use Chorus, Flange and Phaser. I suppose I could use just Chorus and phaser. We'll see. I'm also curious about if you can use Hot Hand, expression pedal and midi preset control all at the same time on the SB2 pedals. Until the midi adapter is released and the manuals are updated, I just can't tell.

Idea: on the modulator pedal, what if holding both footswitches switched to a second bank of presets. Super easy to change with midi, but you need a way to program them. I know the pedal is almost done, just offering my 2 cents again.
