They look awesome, how do you like it and would you say that options such as the master bypass are necessary? Also any pedals it's not friendly with or difficult to use with?

I baby my pedals when I have to hit them (I still have to hit the PF and the SA stuff quite a bit) but when I have it all set ( like 75% of the time) I can just totally mash on the looper and other aux switches and exp pedal. The switches in the looper seem pretty tough, and I have used it 3-5 times a week for like 8-9 months.
Master bypass is a total must, if you want to set up a crazy sound based on several different components and come in like the horseman of death.
If you get the switches staggered then you can set up dirt/synth combos and with one stomp add/subtract 2 or switch betwee 2 adjacent ones
TUner out didnt seem like a big deal to me. Mine has 6 loops w/master bypass
It's just a passive switch so I assume it's friendly with all pedals. Now they have digital ones out though, that will change the order and have programmable presets |

Can't decide now!! Haha. I did hear on their website they supposedly shortened the wait time to 2-3 weeks now though so that's a plus!

Have the BEF Pro and love it and just got the dimension reverb. I love having trails and didn't realize that it required the sensor out/in connection from the dual expression pedal to allow this. Does anybody know what signals (within the 4 connector 1/8" jack) are used via the pedal to allow this with the reverb and if anyone has successfully used an adapter to allow the function with a 3rd party expression pedal. I've got a couple of expression pedals not being used so If i have to buy the dual expression simply to get a trails function, i'm pretty much at the $300/blue sky level for a reverb.

I have an e-mail from sourceaudio saying that the CC 24 is the one to use for MIDI modulation to make the Wha sound but CC 24 does not do anything.
How do I send modulation by MIDI?

How do I send modulation by MIDI? | Try CC 020, but then you still need to make adjustments in the backpage.
XD - controls expression depth and which direction +/-
EC - #4 Modulation
I'm not totally sure, but when this undocumented cc#24 came up I couldn't get it to work either and found that almost any of the CC's worked about the same once you start fidding with the backpage stuff. |

| | Registered User | | | | | The idea behind CC#24 was to have it function with the backpage menu like plugging in an expression pedal in the exp input giving you access to all 13 XC positions. So you will have to change settings as mentioned above. |

Tomorow I'll try messing with backpage a bit more. I got some results with CC 20 but not so good as what you see on the BEFpro demo video.
Thanks

Excited to go into the studio with my MWBD Pro tomorrow! I could probably use a bigger board though...
I'm holding out for a Soundblox 2 BEF to replace the bass synth and phase shifter.

You can set the Dimension Reverb to 'soft bypass' mode by pressing down on both foot switches while powering the pedal up. In this mode, when you deactivate the effect, the reverb will trail off.
As a note, you have to be careful where you set the wet dry mix so that you still have a good dry level when the effect is off.
