Subtle drive

I'm looking for a subtle dirt pedal that keeps a tight sound and lays nicely in the mix. Any suggestions?

I was doing that with the boss odb-3 but recently I moved to the Way Huge Pork Loin. Imo it is the best pedal for subtle drive and it maintains the lows pretty well. Check it out for yourself. You will never look back

Price range? Guitar Center/Sam Ash stuff only or open to "boutique" vendors?

LOVE the ibanez tube screamer. I dont think ive turned a knob on it in over a year. With the drive set low it will produce a nice growly midrange presence that is still clear and has plenty of lows.

I have a Way Huge Green Rhino and it's great for subtle drive or full on fuzz. I think it's based on a Tubescreamer.
