Super mini review : EWS Tri-Logic

Got to try out the new Tri-Logic II. Very nice. Its a louder and punchier poreamp than whats in my lakland.

Plugged into my shuttle 9 it was my bass only tighter, thicker, and the treble was very nice and clear. The mids, even cranked were not harsh at all, the mid switch 400hz and 800hz is useful, you hear the change but its not overwhelming.

I suspect this pedal is really a simple 3 band baxandall style.

There is hiss if you crank the treble, wich is normal in most eq pedals. This IS the preamp used in the xotix basses, mostly the jazz copy they make.
