Any consensus on which chorus pedal is better - TRex Sweeper or MXR Stereo Chorus?

Thanks.

i owned a sweeper an can say that if you want to be able to do subtle chorusing it probably isn't for you. no experience with the mxr although i know some dudes who swear by it.

I've given the MXR a fairly good test drive - it is a very nice pedal with good EQ so you can keep your bass sounding like a bass... It's pretty versatile, so if you want a big wet flange sound, it's in there. I was torn between it and the Analogman - and I've decided on the Analogman based just on quality of tone... But the MXR is no slouch.

I don't know diddly about the Trex sweeper.

I have had the mxr chorus before, and just got the sweeper yesterday

I can say the sweeper is great (for the price, sound, quality etc)

it can do subtle but I like it with depth at 3 and rate at 10, its super thick and shiny with a really slow warble

that setting does make it real subtle, can definitely get good bass chorus out of this

Neither is "better" than the other, it's just 2 flavors of different, like ANYTHING else.
