Syncing Source Audio BEF with Ableton problem

Hi

I cannot see what I am doing wrong here. I can't sync the LFOs on my BEF with the MIDI clock from Ableton. I am pretty sure that I have done everything right with the pedal itself, can someone please give me some quick hints on what I may have done wrong in Ableton?

OR: Does anyone have a simple freeware Midiclock generator? Just wanna test and see how it works, now the pedal doesn't react to anything at all.

Are you sure you are sending and receiving on the same midi-channel? You can change the MIDI-channel of the BEF in the backpage.

Well, the patch is set to MIDI-channel 1, and I've tried sending to channel 1 and to all channels.. still doesn't work. Probably some easy solution to this, but I am pretty new to the whole MIDI-sync thing.

I have the same problem. It is just not syncing. I have RME Fireface 800. Prefs as in a pic, EXT button pressed (yellow)

did you set the MIDI CC right? check the BEF manual to see which MIDI CC controls the LFO, then match the control automation in the Ableton to the same MIDI CC

I have same problem. Even more. I can't change patches and control parameters with MIDI messages using Ableton or other MIDI host.

Make sure that Abelton is set to be the master clock.
