synth mangler, usuable or just noisey?

anyone have some hands on experience with this or know about it? it seems like this pedal can make alot of noise but has some good keyboard / synth like tones which im after. is this pedal mainly experimental fuzz or should i look somewhere else? i really like the option for 2 different fuzzes to preset and i was lookin towards the super synth but well, that 1 preset switch and synth/octave switch dont cut i for me. i cant imagine spending that much money on something that has 1 preset really.

the copilotfx orbit seems kool but i dont hear that synth tone to it. i made a simular post about this but since its dead pretty much and this is a different effects pedal i thought id start another.

Can you post examples of the sounds you're after? I don't know much about the mangler but I have an Orbit and it can def get synthy. Especially if you put an octaver before it.

I feel like a gated fuzz -> cheap synth pedal could get you the reeling sound.

I haven't tried it ever but it doesn't sound like a way out there sound.

Sounds like gated fuzz to me. The Orbit would get you pretty close to that. I have no idea how to do the Muse thing. There are a lot of threads about that though.

You talking dwarfcraft synth manger? Don't think that will get Muse like at all. The orbit won't really either from my experience. Do a Muse search and you'll get lots of great info.
