the pedal has zero low end loss, actually one of the tone controls can actually INCREASE bass response. The pedal has a very small footprint (plus). One of the best features of the pedal is that the in/out jacks are located not on each side of the pedal. Oh, and it comes with a power supply. I'm going to get another one, use one for low drive and the other for
distortion. No chance to do any sound clips yet, had a gig yesterday and studio work today. |

More on the distortion, what is the range? Mild to wild?
Many thanks in advance.

Excuse the poor playing , I was turning knobs between each passage. I started with the pedal off, switched it on then increased the gain level with each passage, never adjusting the tone controls. By using the tone controls there is unlimited amount of sounds you can dial in. Fender Modern Player Jaguar bass -> pedal-> tascsam DR-07. Please be gentle. http://soundcloud.com/rocconaut/markbass-md-demo |

Tone 1 controls the frequencies from 200 Hz to 2.5
kHz. Turning this knob up will result in brighter distortion
tone; turning it down will make the distortion darker.
TONE 2 cuts from 0 to -20dB at 800 Hz. This control
removes mids from your distortion tone. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
