TC Corona Chorus

Has anyone used this pedal for their bass? The idea that I can pull tone-prints interests me.

I have one and like it a lot. I use the duff tone print for GNR tunes.

Have one and use it a lot. No tone suck and it doesn't lose warmth. It's a nice pedal.

Definitely useful for bass, and much better than the Boss i used previously. TonePrints are very cool, and you can load more than one at a time.

I like it. Doesn't lose low end on bass. The Duff and Nathan East tone prints sound good. They are coming out with an editor soon so you will be able to make your own tone prints.

Not to high-jack but has anyone compared it with the new MXR bass pedal? The MXR has flange too!

The corona chorus is actually a really good choice for a chorus pedal to use on bass. it's got a smooth transparent chorus sound. that pedal will not obliterate any lows. here's a video demonstration on how the corona chorus pedal sounds on bass.

How do you manage to load more than one Toneprint simultaneously?

Bad description on my part: One TonePrint can be loaded and you can switch between it and two presets using a toggle awitch. Can't switch with a footswitch.

It's the best chorus I've had for my bass so far. I really like it.

One of the best chorus pedals I've ever used in 26 years of playing. I've been on a "chorus quest" over the last couple years and I totally regret selling my Corona.

I've tried a ton of chorus pedals including some of the big "boutique" brands and for me, the Corona knocks it out of the park. It is flexible, functional, inexpensive (relatively speaking), great quality, fantastic audio quality (zero background noise, analog through, etc.) and just WORKS.

I'm ordering another one today. Stupid, stupid, stupid for selling it. (Stupid "grass is always greener", oh look! shiny! must buy it! knuckle-head)

Another vote for the Corona.

Never tried the tone print thing, I am happy with the tones I dial in myself.

Okay... I'm almost reaching for my wallet. How does it compare to the Tech 21 Bass Boost Chorus?

I tried it. It is very nice and the Toneprints are an great extra. That said, I preferred the Analogman Standard Chorus w/Deep Toggle (that toggle option is critical imo)

The Corona might be my #2 choice though....

Do check around on prices and dollar off promos if you go for the Corona. You can save some significant bucks. Also, check out Hellomusic.com. They have it for $98 right this minute (http://www.hellomusic.com/items/corona-chorus) and also have a $5 off coupon for new buyers as well. Most all Net retailers will meet and beat offers if you can prove they exist.
