Tips for Korg AX3000B use?

Sign in to disble this ad
Just got the AX3000B from a fellow TB'er. Being new to an FX multi like this, I am reading the manual carefully, but wonder if anyone out there has any tips or shortcuts about its use?

Am sure it'll take a while for an electro-dummy like me to unlock its full potential. The little bit I have figured out so far in the 24 hrs I have had it in possession is very encouraging and I think I am going to have a whole bunch of fun with this!!
Thanks.

BTW---I did do a search of this effects forum and theres about 8 or so threads that mention this pedal, but nothing about actually using it or lessons learned in its use from an experienced AX3000B owner that others might find valuable for their learning curve.

Congrads on your purchase. I'm pretty sure you'll be having fun creating some awesome sounds on the korg "toneworks" ax3000b. If there's a particular sound you're looking for on the ax3000b, don't hesitate to ask.

hey dude,...

I bought mine but im a bad multifx user,... can never be bothered editing the patches! I didn't like a lot of things on there except for one fuzz and the modulation side of it all,... that said don't be alarmed, its quite good, you may just have to edit alot of the stuff to how you want or create your own

unfortunately mine is just gathering dust atm as all I do is use stompboxes but good luck!

I'm pretty sure you'll be getting your money's worth, dogbluedrummer. I own a korg ax3000b for about 2 years now and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. you'll definitely discover a lot of cool sounds with this multi-effects processor.
