I've always tried to buy pedals from Tonefactor whenever possible, everything always arrives within a week to the UK free of charges and it always ends up cheaper than buying over here.
I've just seen that they are now offering a 1 YEAR return poilicy on all items, and even a 60 day policy on pedals bought from other stores. I can't quite believe this, but if you bought a pedal elsewhere, didn't like it and they have nothing that you want to exchange it for, Tonefactor will take it and give you store credit for it's full value (as long as it's in new condition of course. Hint - electrical switch cleaner spray is great for getting velcro glue gunk off of pedals!).
I'm not affiliated with Tonefactor in any way shape or form and haven't been asked by them to post this - I just think it's a great service I haven't seen elsewhere that many of you would be interested in. I just hope that people don't try and abuse it and return stuff that's broken / scratched / whatever and spoil it for the rest of us! |
