Treble Booster

Could you guys please recommend me a good treble booster? It doesn't necessarily have to be for bass.Thx.

outside of a standard eq... I really love the Aphex 1402 Bass Xciter. I have a fretless J-bass with flatwounds and it even brightens up that tone, no harshness at all. =)

Do you actually want a treble booster, or do you just want an EQ that boosts your treble? There's a big difference. Treble Booster is a term that refers to the old Dallas Rangemaster style units of the 60's, which are useful for pushing an all tube amp, but not really suitable for other applications, at all.

hmmm I'm not really sure. Something that cuts the low end as opposed to adding to the high end.

That would be just a high pass filter. A capacitor acts as a high pass filter. Someone could show you how to wire one of those up pretty easily. There's a link somewhere to show how to do it and what values to use for whatever frequency you need, I'll see if I can find it for you.
