Not "off the shelf", but VFE custom-makes that kind of thing all the time.

idk i thought it would be fun

also vfe pedals look amazing, ill have to wait until the custom shop is open in the winter but, yea looks cool\

well... technically... Line 6 m9.

But in the spirit of the "updated fender" idea, the Boss FDR-1 also comes to mind.

Classic fender amps typically include tremolo (though they had an odd habit of reversing the definitions of tremolo and vibrato) and reverb. You asking for tremolo and delay in a single unit reminded me of fender. FWIW, I think it'd be awesome if someone did updated versions of old fender amps.
