Question TREX Sweeper Chorus Pedal question

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a TREX Sweeper Bass Chorus Pedal. I love it. However, I don't own the recommended power adaptor for it. I believe it's a DC 9V Powertool 9 adaptor. Right now I'm using the pedal in my daisy chain and so far it hasn't given me any problems.

Can someone give me some advice? Can I continue to use the pedal in my daisy chain (which is powered by a Boss 9V adaptor)? or should I invest in the recommended adaptor (which after doing some research I think is not available for purchase through TREX)?

Thanks for your time.

the sweeper was fine in my daisy chain. i think you can run the sweeper at higher voltage for more headroom (check that before you do it!!). that would be the only reason i could see for buying a different power supply.
