trouble shoot pedal

I recently received a pedal that works perfectly with batteries but has a terrible buzzing when powering with electrical power supply. (One Spot )
I have several power supplies and tested all, even connected a 9v connector adapter to battery harness and still buzzing.
Any suggestions?

Electronix Submarine Bass Preamp MKII. The previous owner only ran it on 9v battery.

Do you have any sort of owner's manual or anything? I know that some pedals just don't like being on one spots. My RC-2 has a high pitched whine when using a 1 spot, and when using 9 volts or using only it on my 1 spot it's quiet. Have you tried isolating it form all of the other pedals with its own power supply?

Yeah. I took it off the daisy chain and used a single power adapter. Still buzzes.
