True bypass looper Advice please

I dont want to get the wrong thing, and regret it later. Someone knowlegeable please direct me to the right place.

OK, i have 2 stereo effect loops on my amp.

I will be running 6 effects in each loop. 12 total. Not all effects will be stereo. Maybe the last 2, in each loop.

What should I get ? And from who ?

Is there a Co. I can call, who can custom build one ?

Can you make theese with buffers and flip floppers built in ?
