True bypass pop - but only with my Warwick

I have read through some of the threads about true bypass pedals making a popping sound when engaging and disengaging, it seems to be a common problem. I only seem to get this problem however with my Warwick Streamer LX4 but not my Musicman sub. Is it something to do with the bass guitars electronics? If so, any ideas how I can fix this? It's really annoying at gigs!

Cheers!
