I know Guitar Fetish can be a bit... shady, but it's basically just a re-labeled generic (artec, probably) and seems pretty accurate. Perhaps not as fast, but the screen is actually quite a bit nicer. I'm considering ordering one just 'cause I need a tuner on the cheap.
Sonic Research seems awesome, though. If money wasn't an object (not that the Turbo Tuner is really all that expensive), I'd hop on that no question.

It has a mute/off and a true-bypass out as well. Made of metal, rugged, well built, cool looking, tracks fast and well.
