Tube pedal repair

Don't know if this the right section to post it in but does anyone know of anyone who can do a tube pedal repair. It's an old original Chandler Tube Driver, not one of the wall wart ones either. Seems to have stopped working.

B.K. Butler, designer of the Chandler pedal, is still in business and might be willing to do the repair. You might also contact Dave Rosato of DHA-USA, as he would probably know what to do, if he has time for it.
