Tuner for sub contra bass

I have a bass being modded to play down to 13hz. Any ideas for a tuner? I doubt my iPhone tuner app will do anything but spazz out at that freq.

13 Hz is not a voice ;-)
use harmonics to tune.. 2 octave up, and it must work fine.

Any decent tuner (Peterson, Sabian, Korg) should be able to recognize the overtones well enough for tuning purposes. If not, the 7th fret harmonic (C#) should pick up with relative ease.

specs of turbo tuner say it's range is C0-C8 [16.35Hz to 4,186.0Hz]. if that is of any help.
13Hz is out of piano frequencies and [i guess] out of range for most mainstream tuners.
you can always use a frequency meter and use math formulas to calculate the note.

my sonic research turbo tuner has a tough time with open C# (17hz).... but is ok with the 12th fret harmonic. You probably be ok at the 12th at 13hz. I'm assuming this is a .245 Circle K?
