Uh oh (Pedal Repair help)

So I've been using my EHX Bass Micro Synth (the old version) for awhile now. Love the thing. Unfortunately now all the sliders on the filter sweep section are broken. They still slide up and down if I work on it, but the tips are all broken off. How does one replace these things or is my pedal a wash?
