Ultimate practice rig

Just thoughty I'd share my new discovery! I use my iPhone a lot while playing my bass. Either to play along with my iPod, sequencer, tuning, sampling or running the bass through Amplitube iRig. I love my iPhone .
One thing I found anoying is having nowhere to put the iPhone or being stuck to a desk or something. A buddy of mine gave me an idea on how to be able to have constant easy access to the iPhone, while being able to move around, and more importantly, not dropping it on the floor all the time.
It involves a car-windshield-mount-holder (can be had for just a few bucks), which can be attached by suction on the pickguard. It workes brilliantly. Constant full control at your fingertips and all the freedom to move around

Specially in combination with my iRig (pics 3 and 4), I believe I've got the perfect flexible pratice setup! And I probably don't have to point out the endless possibilities with different apps and bluetooth receivers...

Cool. I wasn't aware of any commercial products that do this. The one I googled has to be attached to the strings and costs about 30 bucks. Mine was 5

Looks like we are getting really close to being able to phone the part in.

You could stay home in your underwear and yet be playing a gig across the country.

Cool.
Reminds me of when Devo had stomp boxes taped to their guitars.
