I have my B7K at the end of my pedal board as my overall tone shaping preamp. My VMT is right before it. I kick my VMT on to give me some of the low mid punch that I can't dial in with the B7K doesn't give. I always think of the B7K has a modern clarity to it and the VMT helps to create a vintage sound.
