So I was wondering is there a pedal with a similar sound to tel morley ray power wah boost like the one Cliff used

Morley says that the Mark Tremonti Power Wah is the closest circuit to the old power wah.

Tremonti was/is a big fan of old Metallica, so when he has his signature wah made he made it toward that older Telray sound.
