What is this called?

Below is a picture of what I need, but I'll describe it first.
Micro Enclosure
1 in, 2 outs true bypass.
2 switches, one turning each output "on or off"
LEDs optional (passive or Boss adapter)

Where can I find this gem?



I am willing to build it if I can get some schematics for it.

It's an A/B/Y switcher. Lots of people make them, Radial, Loop Master, This Ones Mine, etc.

+1, and lehle is a really good brand, with lots of various models, (1 in 2 out, 2 in 3 out, etc).
