I've never really used any type of effects pedals, but now I wanna start creating more with my music. So what can I buy that will loop what I play and let me layer it as well. Take into account that I'm just starting to use them so I don't need anything to expensive. What do u suggest TBERS?

The new Digitech BP355 multi-effects unit sounds like the ticket. Only $200 US new, tons of effects and models to play with to figure out what you like, and it has a built-in looper.

a used m9 or m13. m9 for portability + 3 effects, m13 if you want dedicated controls for the looper and + 4 effects.

Looper? Boss is coming out with some new ones soon so the RC2 and RC20 are both a lot cheaper than they used to be check the boss site. The RC2 has fewer features and an awkward method of stopping the loop(at least it's awkward after a few dranks) but the RC20 is a lot bigger. There are other loopers out there I just thought I'd mention these 2 because the price has recently come down and it doesn't sound like you're looking for a multi with looping capabilities although if you are the M9 or M13 sure look nice and get a lot of love around these parts.

A looper plus a delay and/or reverb if you want to get all "atmospheric."
Doesn't have to be the most expensive stuff, just whatever works and fits your needs.

As someone said above, check out the rc2 and rc20 as soon as the new boss loopers are available.
