1) Patches using multiple pedals. Are people using effects loops or some elaborate form of tap dancing? Who's doing what and how do you do it?
2) I LOOVE my TAFM. So much so that I want to sell it to help pay for a new custom designed one. Frivolous?

Frivolous? | I use a combo of tap dancing, a boss ls-2, and occasionally I sit down so I can stomp to pedals at once or use an expression pedal whilst diddling the momentary pitch bend mode on the PS-6. |

I'm saving for a new bass though, so getting the Echorec would set that project back a bit.
Decisions, decisions, decisions........

So...what's going through y'alls heads right now that isn't worthy of a new thread. | Been thinking more in term of powersources lately and have to research it a bit. Don't have any real issues with the Brick, but there's certainly something a little more flexible out there. It's just that buying a big battery ain't exactly... exciting.

Yeah, it's a great PS and never had an issue with it. I've read that it's noisy because it's not shielded (is that the right way to say it ?), but it never bothered me. Maybe I'm questionning it because I recently passed on pedals requiring other than 9 and 18v...

I've heard rumors about noise with the Brick, something about noise from one pedal "crosstalking" with other pedals through due to the unshielded outlets, but guess I've just been lucky. I read someone having problems with an Echo Park on a Brick, but I never had problems with any combination of pedals, including when I had the Line6. *shrug*

It only powers 9V pedals, but it's nice because it powers 8 and you don't have to deal with individual power cables. However, because of the specific length between plugs on the 1-Spot, I've sometimes had to get creative with how I wire power to each pedal. (My brain wants to wire them in the same order as signal chain, but sometimes I have to jump around with the order with the 1-Spot and it bugs me. That's how OCD I am. Lol)
So I guess it's a hald dozen of one, six of the other. But if you know or think you might run an 18V pedal or two, it's worth having the brick, IMO.

A ParaEQ is one of those pedals that I would almost certainly run in the loop of my amp. But it'll probably happen wayyy down the road when I can't find another effect to throw money at.
