What does work with SYB5?

Hi every1!! Ive been searching the forum and getting lots of contradicting information. Does anyone know for sure of any expression pedals apart from the EV5 and EV7 that work with the Boss Bass Synth (SYB5 that is). I don't mean you think it might or you know that the moog expression pedal is better than the EV5.. I mean does any1 actually owns a SYB5 synth and have used expression pedals on it other then the EV5 that was made for it by boss?

Ive tried a keyboard volume pedal, not sure of the make, it have done nothing at all.. EV5 and 7 are just so expensive..

A volume pedal of ANY kind will not work, but an expression pedal of ANY brand will. I've used both the Roland and Moog.

I actually prefer the Roland EV-5.
