The Sansamp GT2 he is using, watch it in HD and look at the bassist's feet at about :29.

The SVT and P-bass certainly help though.

i saw a pedal down there. i think your right with the gt2. any idea what setting he would have used on there? would a vt bass and gt2 get that sound with a pbass?

I hear a bit of flange under that overdriven tube tone.

It's probably that sweet Boss TU-2 he's playin' thru. Agree with most everyone here, sounds like P + SVT + light overdrive (or cranked SVT gain). Nice track!
