I'm new to effects. i am used to playing deep n' clean
this effect is requested by my band members. one band member thought it was a synth keyboard. i just don' know

That's what it sounds like to me.

You could probably achieve a similar sound with Octaver-->Fuzz-->Envelope Filter.

Research "synthy" sounding Fuzzes or "gated" Fuzzes.

I am quite certain that is a synth! I'd recommend you to try different Fuzzes with EQ or tone controls, and try by cutting off the treble! If you have an standard overdrive, try by rolling down the tone/treble control of your bass as well, but to get a similar tone, I'd say that's key that whatever pedal you use, retains or boosts the low end.

Regards -Doug.
