What effects for Rock/Blues?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hey all,

I play in a classic rock covers band, and play blues for my own enjoyment,
ive started getting a pedal collection together, and i have three so far... the Boss GEB7 EQ, EHX clone Theory and a Digitech Bass Driver.

I was wondering what else would i need to get to have a board with a decent pallette of sounds?

I was thinking about getting a delay or a Wah, and maybe an EHX Q-tron. I'll also need a power supply, any recommendations?

Cheers

I recommend a Ring Mod. Essential for any blues band.

Kidding.
A funky filter might fit in w/ what you're doing more than a delay...maybe the wah, but I'd lean more towards a filter!

Boss bass chours, and nice preamp for the good ole rock grind (svp pro preamp from me) for the classic rock.
