Experimentation essential in pedal order, as mentionned in countless threads and in one of the stickys. Here's what I'd start with, and experiment from there.

BASS > Boss tuner > Octave > Envelope filter > Limiter > Sans amp bass driver > Chorus > AMP

As for the noise suppressor, I'd either ditch it or loop everything through the send/return loop. I ditched mine, found it killed the tone.

Sansamp goes at the very end, because its whole purpose is to emulate an amplifier. Limiter will usually go after the envelope filter, to take care of peaks generated by the filter. Tuner can go anywhere, but I usually put it at the front just so I don't have to switch off my other effects while tuning (as some effects can make accurate tuning more difficult). Noise suppressor goes in the trash. Some people find their octaver responds best to a compressed signal, so they'd put the octave after the limiter; other people find their octaver responds best to a clean signal, so they'd put it early in the chain. Chorus can go anywhere in the middle.

Exar's business is on hold for now. I will still help previous customers.

replace the noise suppressor with a fuzz or od to do nice things combined with your octave and chorus

FWIW: I was able to suppress unwanted noise by using better cables. Also, pedal order can generate noise and the onlyway to figure out the "best tone/less crap" combo is by experimenting with the chain, as mentionned above.

+1 Had one for a day couldn't return it fast enough I told the guy since the noise suppressor is adding noise how much for a noise enhancer? And OP I like your order as well.

i would go:

tuner > limiter > filter > octave > sansamp > chorus > noise supressor

if you're using the boss ns-2 noise suppressor you could also put everything into the effect loop. i used to use mine that way, and it work well.

Thanks for weighing in. Seems everyone has a slight variation and that makes it unique.
If I may trouble you all once more, where should I add a phaser?
I will try this on for size
Boss tuner pedal
Octave
Envelope filter
Chorus
Phaser

What do ya think

Yeah, phaser and chorus would likely belong next to each other.
