What are your MXR bass compressor settings?

I run mine with the ratio at 4:1 and input and output around 1 o' clock, the attack is about 2 o' clock and release is set to about 11 o' clock. that is what works best for my ear atleast. i was wondering how everyone runs their mxr bass compressor.
