Yeah man, awesome. I love Rat pedal tones, VERY ANGRY.

Easily my favourite dirt pedal. Although I must say I'm really enjoying my new russian BM.

DEV is a millionaire or something like that. His pedal collection is probably one of the best around.

I want this day over now! Megalith will be waiting for me when I get home from work. That and I've been fuzz-dry for 3+ weeks, I'm dying here!

hurm. very cool that they try new stuff, and i STILL haven't put the time in to see if i love or just kinda like the BEF Pro, but man. i hate the way they look. a more traditional design would be verrrrrrrrrrrry welcome. zoop.

cool though. did you get any time in with 'em at all?

I dunno, the aesthetics don't bother me at all and I think the new series is actually very utilitarian compared to your average Hammond box. Having the stomps on a lower plain than the knobs and such makes sense to me.

Haven't gotten a chance to play with them yet as I'm still at work, but my fiance is out of town this weekend so I should have plenty. Of course I know what I'm getting with the Multiwave anyway, it will be nice to have it in a smaller form factor because for the band I only use two presets anyway.

They do from what I've seen in videos.

Can you run the new BEF on an LFO and do all that backpage magic on it like the Pro?

They are going to do a version of the BEF in the new SB2 form factor, but it won't have the LFO if that's what you need. The new ones can also take the Hot Hand, though they will be releasing a new version this summer with some more flexibility (some sort of external box that will also accept an expression input as well or something).

After making the transition from broke college student to wealthy man-about-town ( > minimum wage job in a field unrelated to my degree), I finally went ahead and bought the Pigtronix EP-2 I've been gassing over since they announced them. MXR EVH Flanger went to my guitarist, I got a pretty nifty pedalboard in return.

IN: me.

I've been out for a minute... spending time in a bardo state of my own making resulting from a death in the family... added to the drama by creating a marital tsunami bomb... woke up one morning and found that I could no longer not tell the truth about what I was thinking and feeling about my marriage (not advised to those seeking to maintain marital tranquility)... then quit all my bands... tried to sell all my gear... then CAME TO MY EFFING SENSES.

Anyway, I've rejoined my main gigging band, still using efex (of course).

Good to be back (although, my bank account is not so sure).
