I've had too much stuff show up this week, and have been testing some stuff out. My cheap little Mooer Ana Echo kicked my Disaster Transport Jr out of it's spot. Still testing the B3K out, I like it, just don't know if I like it enough.

Also picked up a used Peavey Sessionbass head to use for practice at home, and maybe some bass drops in the band. Gotta love when you find a super deal on the CL.

Had a 2nd side input added w/ a switch to choose between top or side. I have it first in my chain and without a bypass looper it was kind of a pain to plug the cable from my bass in. Problem solved.

Replaced the MK Megalith with a TAFM and Oxide. The Oxide came in and I couldn't be happier. The 'lith sounds AWESOME solo but was just too much in a band setting. Can't wait for my Fuzz Machine.

Have a Dri Sci Tremolessence and Infanem Faye Sing inbound from Canada.....but I preordered the Mobius....pedal battles will ensue.

And I'm contemplating a Boomerang III. That would end my laptop sell money and Christmas funds so I will be done for a good bit. Big decision there.

Oh. And my Swell B-Peg is getting a lower gain mod and I picked up a Mullard 12AT7 (vintage 1963 Blackburn factory) for it.

My prediction is that the Mobius will be very cool, but the limitation of using only one effect at a time will make it the equivalent of the M5, but more expensive and with fewer effects.

TOYING WITH: the idea of selling a couple pedals I thought I'd never get rid of to fund "upgrades." Other than the Proton, I'm in preamp mode lately. Need an absolutely killer DI for my gospel band, which is going to be switching to in-ears soon.

[a couple others I haven't narrowed down yet] to help fund a 3Leaf Enabler

Yikes!

I can't believe I'm even thinking about those!! But this plan in conjunction with some Christmas money should finish both pedalboards for good, if everything goes to plan...?

Yes. I didn't build the circuit (Greyscale Devices did) but out 2 can select a second chain of whtateverss into another amp/ power amp/ whatever. REALLLLY cool for non-stereo effects or those who want two maniacal boards of destruction.

buuuuuuuuut...... was PLANNING on second board being Flashback -> Egoist -> TAFM -> Pitch Factor -> Pitch Grinder -> Goatkeeper.... but the Pitch Grinder is TOO DAMN MUSICAL AND PLAYABLE. gonna find a place for it on main board. URG.

I hear a difference between Proton versions. Could totally be in my head but v2 seems a bit greasier. Really digging it.

The B7K is amazing. Wish I had the funds (and space) for it.
