It'll be the phaser for my guitar board. The bass board, being larger, will make do with the Moog.

I think I am finally happy with a flanger pedal -- in the price ranges that I have been looking. |

It takes a hot signal to trigger the envelope because this Dist Wah is a standalone unit, so it doesn''t have the preamp from the PME-40X to drive it. The envelope filter alone is good, but nothing special; however - the filter with the distortion/fuzz makes some of the coolest synthy-vocal sounds I've ever heard. Nothing crazy or over the top...it just sounds unique and great! The distortion alone sounds excellent, and with the distortion and sensitivity sliders at minimum, the env int, cutoff and resonance sliders provide some serious tone shaping in BP+ filter mode. I can add or subtract mids and booming low end in ways that I can't do using a typical EQ. I use a Boss LS-2 for bypass and blend. Because of its new form, it's more suited to the studio than the stage, but I'm a home studio guy, so I'm glad I took chance on this one!
P.S. The Mars Mini Yesman and Ashdown BEF are now going, but the Dist Wah is staying.

*Yes, I do see the irony of the super buffer immediately following the lo-fi on the list above. | Sounds like you're going to have a LOT of fun!

BTW- Polytope is here as of yesterday. Very cool with my GR2, OC-2 and TAFM. Synthy goodness!

The Joyo classic flanger was the next one on the low-cost-hit-list. I like that the Guyatone has the different settings, so it can subtle to airplane. Most flangers are either or in my price range.
That AMZ super buffer is out for delivery today, according to USPS. |

I'm sorry. Is it wrong to covet another mans pedal like that? |

No, not tired of it, but is over-kill for my experiments. Thus, why I was just looking to pick up a used LS-2. So if you want to make a deal, we can. I am using it like a glorified LS-2 right now.
Yes, is it possible to have too much pedal for a simple need. |
