lol I didn't think anyone would 'get' it so I went with my one from ILF which nobody gets either but at least it's consistent, but... I do take requests so I'm bringing it back NOW! In fact I think I'll use it everywhere for now in honor of your impending nuptials.

I sold a guitar, thus...

From Wilson Effects, I have ordered the Fuzz Booster and Trem-Mellow. But, not content to be "normal", I have made a deal with my builder friends at de Lisle Guitars -- who keeps a bag of John Deere Green powder coat for me -- to paint the two pedals. This is my special Christmas gift to myself as the whole process will take some time. I even picked new custom yellow knobs to match the soon-to-be green pedals.

A trade of preamps has begun! This will hopefully open room for me to add a needed EQ and upgraded overdrive pedal.....

... and a fuzz.

I dig the Megalith more for big heavy riffs.
The Magnetar is dope though.

Megalith = crush

Magnetar = gated love

The Magnetar is sssooooooooo bass heavy. It's ludicrous. It has to be one of my favorite gated fuzz pedals I've played. The scope of sounds from the expanded Super Massive Black Hole (the reason I wanted the Magnetar in the first place) circuit is overwhelming and incredibly joyous. It's seriously one of THE best gated bass fuzz pedals I've had the pleasure of exploring. With some volume play on your instrument it can open up more. They're incredible pedals. No doubt.

After checking out the Disaster Transport Jr. those tape delay sounds were too much to resist... plus it likes dirt.

Little brother!

Yeah, handling distortion is why I chose the DT too... almost got the Jr last week, but happy to have the modulation switch... Question is, will it knock the Timeline off my board?....

Coming: MXR Micro Flange

I have never owned a bad flanger, yet I keep selling one and buying another. Maybe I just haven't found THE flanger sound in my head.
