white barell (reverse polarity) cable for the voodoo labs pedal power 2

Im using the white barrel (reverse polarity) connector for the voodoo labs pedal power 2, to power a mooogerfooger lowpass filter pedal.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it matters which output I plug it into on the pedal power? Does it need one of the line 6 outputs, or does it not matter at all?
