How's that combo of V-Bass and GR-20 working out?
And what do you use it for? |

Tayste's old board would've been a contender but I think he's stripped it all down. Fightthepower's is quite impressive, it's Moog/filter/synth central. |

^I can't believe no one said that yet.
FTP's board is hella! Chronicle has a buetteload of pedals on his...I guess we need to find the largest homemade board...b/c someone's gotta have a massive one on here that larger than a pedaltrainzzzz |

C'thulhu, the combo works very well indeed. I run the V-Bass into the aux inputs of the GR-20 and from there to my bass rig. The V-Bass does 98% of my bass sounds, and the GR-20 does 86% (roughly) of the synth sounds. Including trombone and harmonica. Tracking is perfect on the V-Bass (of course) and good enough on the GR-20.
These two will be replaced by a VB-99 though. Smaller and (in many ways) better. So the pedalboard is obsolete.

Of course the lineup is completely different now, but this was what I was using last fall: |

Even though I don't use effects too much (the occasional chorus or flange) I do like to pop in now and again to see what you guys are up to.
You effects guys (& gals) have always struck me as "rouge gunslinger types", always on the cutting edge, always pushing the envelope and finding a way to make it work. The mind set seems brutally tenacious to me and I admire it.
carry on
