Yep, I'm talking about either the bizarre wah pedal used by musicians like Geezer Butler and Tony Iommi (both of Black Sabbath fame), or its seemingly flawless and faithful clone.
Who here on TB has owned or used them? I'd love to hear your personal experiences with either. In my searches on TB, it seems like nobody here owns or has used either a Parachute or original Parapedal wah. Prove me wrong!
I've been thinking of getting one... In my quest for unique but usable effects for my arsenal, this one exists on the fringes of what may be practical... but yet, it's so appealing, and I think I could make it work.

But that's just an assumption based on his ethnicity and knowledge of strange obscure pedals. |

i've been wanting to try one of the Parapedal/chute pedals for a little while now... haven't come across one yet....

| Oh man, that definitely gave me the tingly-winglies. So yeah, if you get one you must post clips and an awesome review. God knows I've been waiting for both on this pedal for like a year now.

I just got one off ebay. It's the dunlop styled one.
It was a tie between an old Morley PWF or this. After lsitening to so many samples of THIS pedal and comparing it to old Sabbath. I jumped at it.
This is gonna sound incredible in front of Sunny and Sanford Bluebeard Fuzz. Cant wait to try it out at practice.

That wouldn't happen to have been the one with the BIN of 155 with a few offers on it, would it?

Still the best bass wah I've ever played was never a bass wah and it doesn't have any fans on TB I'm sure...

On a related note...
The Wilson Effects "Freaker Wah" may be the version I end up jumping on. It's their take on the Parapedal with a few extra features, and the price is right...
