I think pedal boards with all the same manufacturers looks funny too. There's no basis for for me to think it funny, but I do.

I just get what I like the sound of...

I have spent the last couple of weeks arranging my studio racks though and there were a few times where I was pondering which arrangement of rack units would look the best.....

Use the best tool for the job, regardless of brand. I see no point in brand loyalty if a particular item isn't as good as a rival's product.

well, i DO care about what pedals look like. and i'm super happy if they end up being a pretty, pretty audio cake for me to step on. but not gonna make me take one off or put it on just because i like or hate how it looks.

sound wins ALWAYS.

lol. WISH it was practical to wire this up.

Appearance is a bonus for me also, but not at the expense of tone.

As long as one of them is green, one has a pink triangle, one of them has semi nude women on it, and the other is bright red. All the rest can be a rainbow of other ****.

I don't care what my pedal board looks like, as long as it's not a tangled mess. I DO care about making everything fit on the board, which can be a challenge; I am seriously considering upgrading to the next bigger PT board...

yeah, i'm pretty anal (heh) about stuff looking so fresh and clean on my board. i actually dig a couple pedals next to each other in the same form factor from the same manufacturer, but i wouldna like an An All [whatevah] All The Time board. it'd confuse my feets.

Erukus used to have a board with a TAFM and Year4545 right next to each other in the same color and print pattern. and it was DELICIOUS.
