Just got a Digitech Grunge pedal for $40 and its awesome as long as you boost your lows. Show some love for cheap pedals, who has 'em? |

I have tried/heard many flangers, but none of them sounded as good. It`s switch broke tho, but was easily replaced with classical dpdt stomp-switch.
Funny thing, i didnt used it for almost a year - i stopped using flanger, then removed it from board to free space for other pedals. After i upgraded to bigger board, i had enough space to try again some pedals i didnt used for a while. And when i put the DOD back on board, i couldnt understand why i removed it - i love that sound so much!

And my DOD FX-20 still an amazing phaser. (I let it sit after my Hjärt-Müller Lo|Fat Bass-Drive for some really trippy synth sounds.) |

having said that I have an Alesis BassFX coming..
I am a sucker for bit crushers/fuzzes and if this thing does what the bitrman does then I will be happy spending the 40 bones on it. |

(I've had mine for about seven years now, and its not going anywhere)
But you go boutique because it gets you things that you can't get out of a more common pedal. |

Got a link? or shoot me a PM.. please? | I didn't document it but you'll definitely want to change out all the crap caps they use.
The biggest change to the lowend will come with changing the tone stack. You can play around with values if you download the Duncan Amps Tone Stack Calculator and use the Big Muff stack. |

All of the horrible reviews it got told me that I should hate it. It has been on my board longer than any of my pedals. I like the chorus better than the boss bass chorus. Cost 20 dollars on ebay. My wah pedals is the morley bass wah (the blue one) according to the reviews this one is a piece of crap too. I don't put much faith into reviews and what the cool kids think. I trust my ears and that's it. |

Finally decided on a Music Electronix CrossDrive for my fuzz needs. Couldn't find what I needed in Boss, Digitech, and DOD branded boxes.
Does snagging a Dunlop 105Q on Craigslist for $40 count as a cheapo?

it just happens to be worth about $40. |
