I was speaking to Brad last night and for the first time ever while discussing the Cream Pie he said he could possibly convinced to bring it back but so far physical threats and the promise of sexual favours hasn't work so figured I'd go the petition route so post here if you want one I figure enough demand and it'll get made again.
I want another because 2 isn't enough

Will not be able to afford either though as just orderd a DHA VT2 Dual Custom, and will be reporting my findings after it's arrived and I've had a chance to get intimate with it... |

To me the cream pie is the most tube like overdrive I've ever heard.
It's so good band members come over and turn it on while I'm playing

Funny thing is when released Brad didn't know what one was or that it had an even vague reference to a sexual act.

| | | | I don't know. I listen to the soundclip and it sounds like a clean tone that gets farty and futzy in an ugly way on certain notes, especially lower ones. Doesn't sound very musical to me. |

If enough TB'ers are interested maybe he could put out a Limited Edition TalkBass model. he could call it the "Mud Pie". Quote:

Oh I agree that mud connotates not so good tone. That's why I quoted dirtgroove as "Mud Pie" does refer to something else. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
