Zoom B1 & B2.1u users - need help !!

For anyone who owns a Zoom B1 or Zoom B2.1u, I'm looking for a tone similar to the Gap Band song 'You Dropped The Bomb on Me'.

My band is adding that song and I want to nail that tone as close as possible without buying any new pedals!

Thanks

First off that is a keyboard synth line not played on bass guitar. The closest I could get with a b2.1U was one of the SS standard synth settings variation 3. Play with the sensitivity to match your attack to the synth, slide in and out of notes and perhaps add some other effects as you wish. FWIW I was able to get a closer sound with a BMS.

If I had a zoom b2.1u(which I'm planning on buying sometime soon), I would help you out on that. If I have to guess, I would say try combining the fuzz face distortion channel with an auto-wah.
